Overview - Installer
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years experience in new construction helpful, a strong background in HVAC/R systems, mechanical knowledge, and hands-on experience in installation and maintenance. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience in installation of Mitsubishi Mini-Split systems is a plus. If you are passionate about providing excellent service and have the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities - Installer

• Install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems according to specifications and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on installation projects.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed
• Adhere to all safety protocols while working on job sites.

Experience

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role is preferred - 3 Years new construction helpful
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems
• Ability to read technical diagrams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
