You have probably read or have heard about the phase out of R-22 refrigerant.   The phase out period for R-22 began January 1, 2010 and completed phase out occurring in 2014.  This time table has now been accelerated by the EPA as of January 4, 2012.

Our suppliers of R-22 have already informed us that prices for R-22 are unstable, and are rising on a daily basis.

Since 2010, Four Seasons has not passed these rising costs on to our customers.  We regret, however, with the new accelerated program outlined by the EPA and rising prices again from our suppliers, we can no longer absorb the  increased cost of R-22.   As the prices fluctuate for R-22, our prices to you will also fluctuate.
