Each and every time when we can get a word in between their "sales pitch", we tell them we have 4-Seasons. We have a contract which we are happy with. I have collected 3 estimates from you and 2 others, it is apparent your company is not only the lowest estimate but your company has given a me an additional discount that is direct from 4 Seasons itself. I was extremely happy with the time invested by your estimator, and how he educated me on the entire system. Being a business owner, I know the importance of educating your clients and he did an awesome job. As for now, I just don't have the funds for the new system. Message: To the Owner of 4 Seasons Air Conditioning, Inc.: My home recently required the services of a reliable and trustworthy air conditioning company. I chose 4 Seasons and wanted to share my thoughts on the experience I had. I believe that n o good dee should go unnoticed. On June 14, 2010, your technician Mike came to our home to fix our air conditioning problem. We were afraid that we could be facing a very complicated problem, but Mike quickly went right to word and knew just what was wrong. He was fast, knowledgeable, friendly and so very efficient. He went above and beyond what was expected of him that day, and quickly, our fears were put to rest. It was a minor problem and in no time, our home was again cooling to a "livable" temperature. Above all else, Mike presented himself in a very professional manner, and you are quite privileged to h ave him on your team. We should all be recognized when we do something well, and I wanted to take this opportunity to recognize Mike for a job well done. Message: On June 17,2010 your company installed a new air conditioning system to our home. Wade did the estimatioin and explained th eoptions available and the installation process. The installation took about 8 hours. Jason, Tyler and Roger did the work. We found them to be neat, professional and very personable. When they were done you couldn't even tell they had added new ducts - no mess and no fuss. Keith came and inspected the job along with Wade. They took care of permits and any paperwork needed. We could not have been happier with the entire process. Anyone who needs a new system or service of any kind can be secure with any work done by your company. 4-Seasons serviced our old unit with the help of Mike Burns. Wade, Jason, Roger and Keith are great. We are thrilled.

Message: Everybody's worst nightmare on one of the Hottest Sunday nights of the Summer is to have there A/C quit on them. This happened to us on Father's Day & my Father who lives with us 93rd Birthday. 4 Seasons responded within a 1/2 hour, and was very empathetic to our plight and our concern for our elderly Father. Early the next morning they installed a temporary Unit, and Wednesday 2 young Men who were very professional, polite and neat, did a beautiful installation job. The left our Garage cleaner than it was when they got here. Everyone we talked to from the emergency call service to the office staff to the installers were empathetic, and kind. One of the women (Dale) my Husband talked to especially was very kind. We can't say enough nice things about 4 Season's A/C, and the fact that they are a Local Family owned Business makes it even better. We would Highly recommend there services to anyone in need of A/C service.

Message: Thanks to all of the 4 seasons professionals who diagnosed our a/c problems, installed a temporary condensor and then installed a new Goodman 5 days later. It passed its city inspection today as we knew it would. We appreicate your service for the past 10 years. The loaner was so important to my wife and me as we have a 125 year old grand piano and the humidity during this time of year would have caused great damage..we look forward to many years of great service.
