On June 14, 2010, your technician Mike came to our home to fix our air conditioning problem. We were afraid that we could be facing a very complicated problem, but Mike quickly went right to word and knew just what was wrong. He was fast, knowledgeable, friendly and so very efficient. Date: 06/30/10 Message: On June 17,2010 your company installed a new air conditioning system to our home. Wade did the estimatioin and explained th eoptions available and the installation process. The installation took about 8 hours. Jason, Tyler and Roger did the work. We found them to be neat, professional and very personable. When they were done you couldn't even tell they had added new ducts - no mess and no fuss. Keith came and inspected the job along with Wade. They took care of permits and any paperwork needed. We could not have been happier with the entire process. Anyone who needs a new system or service of any kind can be secure with any work done by your company. 4-Seasons serviced our old unit with the help of Mike Burns. This happened to us on Father's Day & my Father who lives with us 93rd Birthday. 4 Seasons responded within a 1/2 hour, and was very empathetic to our plight and our concern for our elderly Father. Early the next morning they installed a temporary Unit, and Wednesday 2 young Men who were very professional, polite and neat, did a beautiful installation job. The left our Garage cleaner than it was when they got here. Everyone we talked to from the emergency call service to the office staff to the installers were empathetic, and kind. One of the women (Dale) my Husband talked to especially was very kind. We can't say enough nice things about 4 Season's A/C, and the fact that they are a Local Family owned Business makes it even better.
