This happened to us on Father's Day & my Father who lives with us 93rd Birthday. 4 Seasons responded within a 1/2 hour, and was very empathetic to our plight and our concern for our elderly Father. Early the next morning they installed a temporary Unit, and Wednesday 2 young Men who were very professional, polite and neat, did a beautiful installation job. The left our Garage cleaner than it was when they got here. Everyone we talked to from the emergency call service to the office staff to the installers were empathetic, and kind. One of the women (Dale) my Husband talked to especially was very kind. We can't say enough nice things about 4 Season's A/C, and the fact that they are a Local Family owned Business makes it even better. It passed its city inspection today as we knew it would. We appreicate your service for the past 10 years. Keith was very professional, listened to my concernzs, which he completely answered so even I could understand and appreciate our new system. Keith was very thro and explained at the end of his inspection what was still to be done and why. He spoke highly of both the Carrier system, which we had purchased, and 4 Seasons as a company. The A/C unit was installed on April 7, 2009 and the ductwork was cleaned on April 11, 2009. both crews were very professional and a pleasure to have work around our home. A neighbor even mentioned the professionalism he noted about the two men who installed the A/C unit. The men who cleaned the ductwork were a pleasure to have in the home and they were very thorough about cleaning up the areas after they completed the work. I am sorry that I do not recall the names of all these gentlemen, but I wanted to let you know what an excellent job they did for us. The man who sold us the upgraded unit and the man who showed me how to program the new system were also very professional. I have been happy with 4-Seasons the 13 years we have contracted with you, and I'd certainly recommend your company to others. In the past seven or so years tht we have used Four Seasons they have always been very accommodating and on time, not to speak of the wonderful service we had. We always asked for the same Tehcnician, Kale who was a professional in fixing air conditioners and always gave a thorough check.
