Before You Schedule An Appointment - READ CAREFULLY 

Schedule a Maintenance appointment if your system is running and fully operational.
We can not perform a maintenance if your system is not running. 

Schedule a Service appointment if your system is not running properly, i.e., blowing warm air, air handler or compressor fan is making noise or not running.  If you notice ice on the air handler or compressor unit - turn your system off, keep only the fan running.  If ice is on your system when we arrive at your home, we will not be able to work on the system.

Please be aware that these are requested dates only until you receive either an email confirmation or a phone call from one of our customer service representatives.  For weekend/holiday service call our 24 Hour Service at 941-627-2132.
Phone calls will be made to on-line schedule requests the following business morning. 

Maintenance appointments are scheduled Mon-Fri between the hours of 8AM-5PM. A member of our staff will contact you and confirm your request. A one week notice is appreciated! A service call (your system is not working properly) may be scheduled for next day service - however - please note that ALL SERVICE APPOINTMENTS must be confirmed by a service representative at 4 Seasons who will call you in the morning.
